Availability of information
Blue Hill undertakes to always provide the customer with the following information:
a) company identity (name and registered office of the company, registration number and tax number),
b) contact information that enables the user to communicate quickly and efficiently (e-mail, telephone),
c) essential characteristics of goods or services (including after-sales services and guarantees),
d) product availability (every product offered on the website should be available within a reasonable time),
e) terms of delivery of the product (method, place and deadline of delivery),
f) all prices must be clearly and unambiguously specified and it must be clearly shown whether they already include taxes and transport costs,
g) method of payment and delivery,
h) time validity of the offer,
i) the period within which it is still possible to withdraw from the contract and the conditions for withdrawal; in addition, also about if and how much it costs the customer to return the product,
j) explanation of the complaint procedure, including all information about the contact person or customer service department.
Offer and prices
The prices of the items in the e-shop are the final prices and do not include the cost of postage. The cost of postage for purchases worth up to €50.00 is €4.50. The price indicated on the website is binding for the seller and the buyer. The price specified at the time of placing the order is taken into account. Price changes are up-to-date.
Order and prices
The sales contract between Blue Hill and the customer is concluded at the moment of submitting the order and receiving the first order confirmation email. The order is stored and available to the customer on request at Topolšica 176, 3325 Šoštanj.
Delivery time
Orders received by 12 noon are dispatched the same day, other orders are dispatched the next working day. Applies to cases of cash on delivery. Orders with advance payment are shipped as soon as we receive the transfer to TRR. Orders placed during the weekend or holidays are shipped on the first working day. It applies to all products, unless otherwise stated next to the product, in which case the specified delivery date is taken into account.
Method of payment
The Blue Hill e-shop allows the following payment methods:
- payment on collection via the delivery service Pošta Slovenije
- payment by pre-invoice with UPN form to the company's account
- Paypal
- payment by credit cards
The cost of packaging and delivery is free above €50.00, up to this amount the cost of packaging and delivery is €4.50.
It is valid within the Republic of Slovenia, for countries within the EU the cost of postage is €7.50.
Issuance of an invoice
After delivery and payment of the ordered items, Blue Hill also sends the customer an invoice in pdf format to the customer's e-mail address. The price and all costs related to the purchase are detailed on the invoice. The buyer is obliged to check the correctness of the data before placing the order.
Purchase notification process
After placing the order, the buyer receives a notification by e-mail that the order has been accepted. Blue Hill website always provides information on the status and content of the order.
Blue Hill may call the customer's contact phone number to verify information or to ensure delivery accuracy.
The purchase procedure for legal entities is exactly the same as for natural persons, except that at the end of the purchase, the name of the company and the tax number of the company must also be entered. There are also the same payment options.
